Join the Movement
The framework needs people to implement it. Researchers to dig. Amplifiers to spread. Organizers to build locally. Builders to code. Challengers to critique. Funders to sustain. Join us.
Community Hub: Matrix
Our primary coordination happens on Matrix—a decentralized, encrypted communication protocol. We run our own server, so there's no third party to pressure or compromise.

Getting Access
Registration is by request. Join the Matrix community, introduce yourself in #builders, and request an account. We'll set you up.
Before You Join
Read the Framework
Understand the five principles before joining. This isn't a general discussion forum—it's a working community focused on implementing accountability by design.
Choose Your Role
Review the playbook. Think about where you can contribute. You don't need to commit to one role forever, but having a starting point helps.
Consider Operational Security
Depending on your circumstances, you may want to:
- Use a VPN when accessing Matrix
- Create a pseudonymous identity separate from your real one
- Avoid linking your participation here to personal social media
- Review the opsec sections in the relevant playbook
Not everyone needs maximum anonymity. Assess your own situation. Some members participate openly; others don't. Both are welcome.
What to Expect
Active Community
This is a working group, not a passive audience. Members are expected to contribute—whether that's filing a FOIA request, writing content, attending a local meeting, or challenging a proposal.
Good Faith Discourse
Disagreement is welcome; bad faith is not. We argue about ideas, not personalities. Critique the framework, not the people.
Non-Partisan Space
Corruption is bipartisan. So is this community. If you're only interested in attacking one political party, this isn't the place. The principles apply universally.
Patience
Systemic change is slow. We're building infrastructure for accountability, not chasing viral moments. Show up consistently. The work compounds.
Support Without Joining
Not ready to participate actively? You can still help:
- Fund the infrastructure — Contribute via Zcash or Monero
- Share the framework — Link to this site, discuss the principles
- Apply the ideas locally — You don't need the community to attend a public meeting or file a records request
